Yes! Our friendly and professional attendants will be there to guide guests, assist guests with printing and emailing photos, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure everyone has a blast capturing their photo booth memories. We will arrive 60-90 minutes before start time to set up, and will remove everything within 45-60 minutes afterwards.

Ensuring a smooth and enjoyable photo booth experience requires careful consideration of space and power availability. Ideally, an open floor plan of at least 10 feet by 10 feet is recommended to comfortably accommodate guests and allow for easy movement around the booth. This space should also factor in any props or backdrop you plan to incorporate. In terms of power, a standard 110v outlet is typically sufficient for most photo booth setups. However, it's crucial to ensure the outlet is dedicated and not overloaded with other appliances to prevent disruptions during operation. If you're unsure about your venue's electrical capacity, consulting with the event organizer or venue management beforehand is recommended. By planning ahead and addressing these space and power requirements, you can ensure your photo booth runs seamlessly and contributes to lasting memories for your event. 

While bringing the photo booth fun outdoors offers a unique experience, it also presents its own set of challenges. Unpredictable weather conditions like wind, rain, or extreme temperatures can pose a threat to the equipment's functionality. Glare from sunlight can affect photo quality, and ensuring a stable power source might require additional planning. Additionally, securing the booth and safeguarding it from potential theft or accidental damage requires extra precautions compared to an indoor setting. Please note that outdoor events may incur additional fees to cover necessary equipment protection and potential logistical adjustments. However, with careful planning, proactive measures, and the right equipment, these challenges can be overcome to deliver a successful and memorable outdoor photo booth experience. 

We can place a temporary hold on any date based on availability, but to reserve that date we would need a signed contract and a deposit.

We accept check, cash, credit, or other methods such as Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, etc.

Pricing starts at $325 and comes with:

• Unlimited photo sessions with printed photo strips per session.  
•  Photo strips customized with your logos, text, and graphics to match any event theme.  
•  Digital copies of all photos and photo strips from your event plus an online digital gallery. 
•  Your choice of traditional or green screen photo backdrops .
•  Premium props, such as hats, glasses, masks, mustaches, signs, and more!
•  A professional and enthusiastic attendant to assist you and your guests. 

Some additional fees include:

• a travel fee applies for any events outside of our 50 mile radius of Niwot, CO 80503
• If your event is outdoors then some additional fees (tent, portable power, etc) may apply depending on the scenario
• a guestbook for your photo strips for a small fee
